[기록1] 경희대 강의용 홈페이지

[Note]  정년 퇴직한 후에도 학교 홈페이지는 한동안 그대로 유지되었습니다. 여전히 유효한 강의용 자료도 있으므로 당분간 유지해달라고 학교 측에 요청했었지요. 그러나 학교 방침에 따라 퇴직교수의 홈페이지는 조만간 사라지게 되었습니다. 

학자 시절에 썼던 논문과 자료, 여기저기 기고했던 글 중에서 여행기와 영화평은 대부분 Tistory 블로그에 따로 옮겨놓았습니다. 나머지는 인터넷 접근이 용이한 Tistory에 그 목록을 남겨두기로 했으며, 여기 하이퍼링크 표시는 과거 학교 홈페이지의 해당 페이지로 연결될 수 있었음을 보여주는 것입니다. 그러므로 해당 자료가 필요한 분은 koreanlii@naver.com으로 연락 주시기 바랍니다.

저 서

학자의 명성과 가치는 그가 쓴 논문과 저서로써 평가를 받게 됩니다.
필자는 1994년 미국 유학을 마치고 돌아와 지금까지 다음 열 권의 저서(그중 5편은 공저)를 펴냈습니다.
산은 조사부에서는 법제조사팀원들과 함께 "기업도산법 해설"(1999)을 출간했고, 2000년 이후 경희대학교에 재직하는 동안 동료 교수들과 공동으로 "국제법무학 개론"(2000)을 간행한 바 있습니다.
사이버 출판도 하였는데 미국 로스쿨에서의 유학생활과 방문교수로서의 애환과 체험담을 각각 "미국 SMU 로스쿨에서의 1년", "UCLA 로스쿨 및 미국사회 견문기라는 이름으로 올렸습니다.

 

1999년 자산유동화법 시행에 즈음하여 필자도 참여한 입법 T/F 팀의 공저로 "금융혁명 - ABS: 자산유동화의 구조와 실무"를 출간하였습니다.
프로젝트 파이낸스와 구조화금융(structured finance)에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있음에 비추어 프로젝트 파이낸스와 자산유동화의 이슈를 다룬, 구조화금융 분야 최초의 박사학위논문도 pdf 파일로 게재하였습니다.
2004년 초에 간행된 "북한 담보제도의 정비방안"은 아산사회복지재단의 지원을 받아 '북한도 남북경협의 전제조건으로 다른 체제전환국들과 같이 담보제도를 정비할 필요가 있다'는 연구 결과물입니다.
2015년 10월에는 역시 아산재단의 지원으로 집문당에서 [개인정보의 국제적 유통에 따른 법적 문제와 대책](아산총서 394)을 간행하였습니다.

 

1995년과 1996년에는 Desk Reference용 국제금융-무역 실무자를 위한 "국제거래법"과 판례와 서식집 "국제거래법-케이스와 서식"을 발간한 바 있습니다. 다만, "국제거래법"은 사법시험 1차시험 과목에 포함되어 있는 국제거래법의 범위와 일치하지는 않습니다.

우리 집안의 내력   My Family

새로운 개념의 족보(family pedigree)와 집안 이야기(family history)를 TISTORY 블로그에 올렸습니다.
여행을 좋아하는 우리 가족은 매년 국내외 곳곳을 돌아 다닙니다. 2013년과 2015년은 부부의 환갑이어서 특히 여러 곳을 여행하였지요. 잡지출판업을 하는 아내와 직장을 다니는 두 아들과 두 며느리, 손자가 있습니다.

영문은 한글을 잘 모르는 미국의 조카, 조카사위ㆍ며느리에게 우리 집안의 전통과 내력을 알려주기 위해 병기하였습니다.

The Author has an ambition to explain Korean law via the Internet and to introduce a new collateral regime.
In this regard, he is now operating KoreanLII and registered the PCT patent on providing value-added services based on the moveable assets management system using AIDC devices.

❍  Profile

Whon-Il Park, Ph.D. Kyung Hee University; LL.M. Southern Methodist University School of Law, Texas; Diploma, International Course in European Integration, University of Amsterdam; B.A. College of Law, Seoul National University, was a professor of law at Kyung Hee University Law School.
He authored several books, including Legal Issues arising out of Trans-Border Data Flow (2015), Project Financing under the Private Sector Initiative (2004), Proposed Collateral Law in North Korea in a Unification Era (2004) and International Business Law I, II (1995-96).

Until June 2000, he had served as Chief Legal Officer of the Korea Development Bank (KDB). During 1988-1991, he was working at the KDB New York Representative Office.
He was a visiting scholar to UCLA School of Law in 2007.
Prof. Park retired from KHU Law School in August 2018. He may be reached via TISTORY blog since then.
