[Architecture] A New & Different Building in Seoul

In February 2017, after two-year construction, the "New & Different" Building was ready for a working space of new dimension:

- Efficiency for workers in the building

- Location, i.e., a good access to Metro lines for customers

- Maintenance and energy Cost saving for the management

- Beauty and Elegance in line with the products of the company

- Pride and Confidence for all participants.

On the third floor, a simple wall-sculpture designed after a 'leaping frog' welcomes visitors!
Sculpture 72.40> was made by Francois Perrodin, French sculptor, and permanently displayed on Fl. 3.5.

The Reception Hall is an easy get-together space for visitors, customers as well as employees. 

The Library open to customers is on the fourth floor with a convenient access by interior stairs.

In the basement, there is a multi-purpose hall for auditorium, concert, performance shows and various events. Distinguished visitors are ushered in the hall to watch a three-minute drone-guided building tour video.

At the roof garden on the 16th floor, visitors may relax and enjoy seasonal flowers and plants.

In the conference room, the ceiling lamps have an exotic vintage look of the North European style.

In May and June, I was invited several times with my friends, church colleagues including pastors and family members. 

The invitees were surprised without exception while looking around the interior and working environments of the new building.

This New & Different Building was listed as one of the candidates for the 2017 Seoul Beautiful Construction Award.
